Technical Support
Before submitting a technical support issue, please read the following notes:

1. We do not provide technical support for development of your web site.
2. If you have a question about installation or use of the software or web hosting, please ensure you have thoroughly read the manual first. Many questions are already answered in these resources. If the answer is in there you will find it quicker to use this information than the time it takes for us to respond. If the answer to a question raised is in the manual, we will direct you to read the manual.
3. Please check the FAQ, Tutorials above for answers to frequently asked questions.
4. You will be requested to provide detailed information regarding the problem, including supplying us with a list of steps that we can follow to reproduce the problem.
5. You will need to supply your registered user name. If you do not supply this, your query will not be answered.
6. If you received WebSermons free of charge, then we do not provide any technical support for it except on a paid basis. If you are willing to pay for the service then please contact us and we will provide further payment details.
